Do you suffer from infertility, painful menstruation, heavy discharge, spotting between cycles, irregular cycles, PCOS, fibroids?

YONI steaming is a cleanse or detox for the vagina and uterus, after which one may experience a release of leftover material from previous menstrual cycles, as well as spotting and discharge. Yoni Steams are helpful for any woman having infertility issues, infections, cramps, missing periods, fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, low libido, or any other gynecological issues.

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice that has been done throughout the world to enhance the health and vitality of a woman's sacred temple: her vagina.

Benefits include: helping to regulate menstrual cycles, enhance sexual pleasure, increase circulation and blood flow in the vagina; and speeds healing and vaginal toning after birth. Releases stored emotions. So much more!!

What Herbs are used? Rosemary, lavender, mugwort, calendula, oregano, motherwort, yarrow, rose, and basil.

  • First/Initial Session (60 min) $85 (30 min consultation + 30 min steam)

Please plan at least an hour time for your first steam session to allow ample time to throughly answer your questions!

  • Follow Up Sessions (45 mins) $75 (15 minutes prep + 30 minute steam)

  • Group sessions/ Goddess Circle 2 hours $60 (more info below)

The evening will begin with a gentle feminine energy yoga flow followed with an intimate small group Yoni Steam session. The steaming is done together in the same room but no do not be uncomfortable as NO ONE will see your Yoni.

Prior to the Yoni Steam you will be able to change in a private space and then you will be wrapped in a robe or blanket. Some women prefer to wear a longer skirt or sundress instead. We will share the history of Yoni (vaginal) steaming, including the ancient and effective healing practice that is known and practiced in so many other cultures. As your Yoni is so sacredly healed and nurtured you will be lead on clearing & energy balancing guided meditation while you steam.

The evening will come to a close with herbal tea and connecting with your sisters to share your experience.

This scared evening is $60 per person or $50 with a group of 5 or more.
